All food will be dropped off hot and ready to serve unless the Omelet or Crepe Station is selected, then some of the final preparations will be made by the chef at the party. Each package includes stainless steel chafing dishes, insert pans and utensils, sternos, laminated plastic plates made from firm white plastic with a scalloped edge for $1.00 per person.
